30 days exchange policy
Here at SEEART we always do our best to satisfy customer’s needs. We examine cases one by one before we ship them to customers, nevertheless, if you receive a faulty product, please send it to us with pictures via email. We will do our best to serve you.
You can ask for a exchange within 30 days from the delivered date. Please inform us of the delivered date and the tracking no. by email if you know it.
If there is a defect in the product, you can ask for a replacement. A refund is not possible as some products contained digital services which you have already received at the time of purchase. Also, the damage caused by the customer cannot be exchanged, refunded, or A/S matters.
The steps of Exchange
- Please send us an email with photos or videos related to exchange.
- Before you send the product back, please check the details with SEEART first, and send it after we have approved.
- As soon as we have confirmed the product back, the exchange will be processed.

6 Months of Warranty
SEEART provides a warranty for the product up to 6 months from the date of purchase.
If there is a problem with the product, please send us an email with the reason and the photos.
The round-trip shipping cost for repairing the product will be paid by the customer.
If it is determined that the product was intentionally damaged, it may be difficult to guarantee the product.
The order cancellation cannot be issued for any reason due to our products contained digital services.
- If the product was defective when you received it, you can ask for a replacement. A refund is not possible as some products contained digital services which you have already received at the time of purchase.
- It is not possible to refund if some components are renewed or changed not the whole package, or not the product itself has been changed.
- If the shipping period exceeds more than 50 days from the expected delivered date, 100% refund to the customers.
- The reason for the simple change cannot be accepted because it is made instantly when we got the order. Furthermore, we provide online courses for some products, a refund is not possible.
- We cannot refund the reason for the order mistake.
- To clear customs duty is the customer's responsibility.
- The currency of SEEART is based on USD.
